Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by BONCOMOHAMED SOKONA CONCEPT SRL ("Les Nouveaux Comptoirs Olfactifs"): perfume workshops, custom perfume creation, event services, and olfactory journeys.

2. Booking and payment

By making a booking, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking, regardless of the service type.

3. Pricing

• Creation Workshop (adults, 14 and older): €135
• Children's Workshop "Tasting Flavors and Aromas" (ages 6-13): €30
• Custom Perfume: €190

Prices are subject to change; the applicable rate is the one in effect at the time of booking.

4. "Custom Perfume" Service

Following the initial olfactory consultation, 3 samples are provided within 3 days, with the possibility of adjustments. The final bottle (50 ml, refillable) is provided within a total timeframe of approximately 10 days from the consultation. Collection takes place at the studio; home delivery is possible, with shipping costs borne by the client. The formula is kept on file to allow for future reordering.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

All booked services require full, non-refundable payment. In accordance with Belgian distance selling legislation, the client has a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, unless the service has already begun or has been customized at the client's request (e.g., samples ordered, formula initiated). Outside of this period, no refunds will be granted; however, rescheduling to a later date is possible upon simple email request, limited to one time and subject to availability.

6. Event Workshops (Bachelorette parties, team building, olfactory brunch)

These services are for adults only, with a minimum of 15 people. Reservations must be made via email.

7. Liability

BONCO MOHAMED SOKONA CONCEPT SRL makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services but cannot be held liable for any allergic reaction not previously disclosed by the client.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
